Deskeo and Gecina continue their collaboration with a major project at the heart of the Tour Horizons. The objective: to transform a 1,800 m² plateau into a flexible workspace, ready to accommodate 200 employees. The challenge was to combine expertise and innovation to meet companies' new expectations in terms of office real estate.

A MAJOR
Project

Since the start of their collaboration, Deskeo and Gecina have completed several emblematic projects, including 35 Opéra and 32 Haussmann. With the Tour Horizons, Gecina wanted to go one step further. This 1,800 m² plateau was designed to offer a furnished, ready-to-use lease that can be adapted to the needs of the future tenant. This initiative aims to enrich the available offer within the Tour Horizons and attract a diversity of tenants, well beyond the traditional 3/6/9 lease framework.

Collaboration

The first sketches quickly came to life. Deskeo's Design & Build team worked hand-in-hand with Gecina's teams to bring this vision to life. Furniture was carefully chosen to combine comfort and practicality, communal spaces were designed to encourage collaboration, and innovative solutions were integrated to guarantee an optimal user experience.

Throughout the project, every decision was motivated by the ambition to offer a ready-to-use space combining functionality and quality.

The “plug & play” concept offers companies the opportunity to set up quickly, without the constraints of time-consuming or costly refurbishment.

This project is much more than a simple office development. It symbolizes the transformation of the commercial real estate landscape and Deskeo's ability to keep pace with major market trends.
