Eurailscout, European leader in rail infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, chose Deskeo to redesign its Paris headquarters in the 10th arrondissement. The aim? To transform 900 m² into modern, functional offices capable of accommodating 100 workstations, while meeting the challenges associated with open space.

To innovation

For Eurailscout, it wasn't just a question of renovating offices, but of rethinking their organization in depth. The challenge was twofold: to offer a flexible and dynamic working environment, and to design a modern space that reflected Eurailscout's identity while anticipating their future needs. Our mission began with an essential phase of change management. Through a participative dialogue with their staff, we identified expectations and removed obstacles to the transition to open space. The teams were involved from the outset, ensuring smooth adoption of the new workspaces.

Eurailscout's offices tell a story: that of a forward-looking company. Our Design & Build team designed a harmonious and meaningful space, combining contemporary PVC flooring in the convivial areas with carpeting in the meeting rooms to encourage concentration. Tailor-made fittings, such as a modern kitchen and comfortable bench seating, create a warm, functional atmosphere. As part of our eco-responsible approach, we have chosen second-hand furniture, combining aesthetics and durability.

A little extra: creation of a Plug & Play space ready to be sublet by Eurailscout.

In just five months - one month of support, two months of design and two months of construction - Eurailscout now has offices that perfectly meet their needs. This project is the fruit of a close collaboration and embodies our expertise in custom-designed workspaces.
