Deskeo, flexible office operator, designs, fits out and rents customized workspaces to suit every company. Since 2016, we've been transforming the office into a place that truly reflects the culture of those who occupy it: more welcoming, more agile, more human. Our Design & Build team accompanies each project from A to Z, with particular attention paid to functionality, comfort and aesthetics.

A PLACE
Where every detail count

When we imagined La Casa Deskeo, our ambition was clear: to create a flagship capable of representing our new era. A place that embodies everything we stand for: functional elegance, day-to-day conviviality, and an approach to the office inspired by hospitality. Formerly occupied by scale-up Sorare, the building had a strong visual identity. Rather than erase the existing fabric, we chose to work with it, rethinking the entire space to reveal its full potential. In six months, the space was transformed from floor to ceiling, with a focus on sustainability and intelligent use.

The result? A warm and functional five-storey building, now home to the Deskeo teams... as well as a number of other companies who have chosen to locate here.

The Deskeo identity has crept into every detail of La Casa. Materials were carefully chosen to combine elegance, comfort and durability: soft carpeting in work areas, concrete-effect PVC in high-traffic areas, matte paint and textile wallpapers to add texture without weighing down the space. Partitions alternate between transparency and intimacy, allowing light to circulate while structuring volumes.

Each level has its own ambience, but the whole remains coherent, supported by bespoke walnut and oak finishes that add a warm, sophisticated touch to the space.

Right from the entrance, La Casa Deskeo sets the tone. Our hybrid first floor features a daily barista. Drop in for a coffee, an informal meeting or a team lunch. Further down, eight meeting rooms tucked away in the basement provide a quiet retreat.

On the upper floors, spaces follow one another and adapt to different uses: bright open spaces encourage exchanges, while lounge areas invite you to take a break between two meetings. Private offices complete the ensemble, designed for resident companies. Every nook and cranny has been designed to accommodate the rhythms of daily life, enabling everyone to move naturally from a collective moment to a moment of calm.

Casa Deskeo is more than a head office. It's a living manifestation of our know-how, our values and our vision. A place that evolves with its occupants and anticipates their new uses!
