Owner of 122 Réaumur, Gécina is one of France's leading commercial real estate companies. Gécina entrusted this project to Deskeo with a clear vision: to transform this plateau into a place where well-being and performance go hand in hand. Far from a simple refit, the redesign created an environment where every detail enriches the working experience.

A SPACE DESIGNED
For well-being

Our Design & Build teams designed a fluid, light-filled space suitable for 80 employees. 610 ㎡ including 7 open spaces bathed in natural light to accommodate up to 80 employees, 5 perfectly soundproofed meeting rooms for confidential exchanges, and a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you want to take up residence in your new office. The layout has been designed to combine comfort and functionality, with the addition of an extra washroom and shower. Much more than just a place to work, this space features a hushed library to promote calm and concentration, a modular creative room ideal for meetings, brainstorming sessions and team events, and a planted balcony, a true interlude of nature in the heart of the city.

At the center of the plateau, a new space naturally emerged: the Plaza. Imagined as a modern, convivial winter garden, it is organized around an elegant bow window, instantly becoming the preferred meeting point for employees.

The Plaza is the perfect place to exchange ideas, take coffee breaks and relax in a soothing atmosphere.

The soul of 122 Réaumur is revealed in the meticulous choice of materials. Soft carpets, parquet-like PVC coverings, panoramic wallpapers... Each element has been carefully selected to create an enveloping, elegant atmosphere. Custom-made furniture enhances the balance between aesthetics and functionality.
