With a total surface area of 1,500 sq.m., you'll benefit from modular rooms adapted to your seminars, conferences, meetings or customized events. On the first floor, you'll find STRIPE, a 300 m² coffee shop-restaurant that can seat up to 80 people, with a private, modular mezzanine. Stripe includes a healthy fast-food area featuring authentic cuisine, with a focus on new culinary trends, enabling diners to enjoy a meal at any time of day. A variety of seating options provide the flexibility to adapt to individual needs. On the ground floor (R+2), take advantage of a 1,300 m² Business Center dedicated to meetings and events:

A 200-person auditorium: designed to accommodate conferences, seminars and large-scale events. It features a fully-equipped control room, to ensure that sound, projections and all technical aspects run smoothly.
1 room for 50 people: versatile and suitable for a variety of formats.
4 rooms for 25 people each: ideal for workshops, training courses or seminars with smaller groups.
2 rooms for 10 people each: ideal for work meetings or brainstorming sessions in small groups.

Fully privatizable, this space is accessible to users of the tower as well as to occupants of neighboring buildings lacking adapted service areas. Each room is equipped to meet your needs: sound system, videoconferencing, high-speed WiFi and whiteboards for brainstorming and presentations.
