Deskeo signs 3 independent floors in Grands Boulevards (Paris 9th)

Deskeo continues to expand in the centre of Paris. Deskeo has taken a lease on three floors at 10 rue du Faubourg Montmartre (Paris 9th), in a 19th century building located a few steps from the Grands Boulevards metro station (lines 8 and 9).

This building benefits from an ultra-central location in one of the most dynamic areas of Paris. The spaces offered are bright and flexible to adapt to any type of company. Each floor will be tailor-made to fit the specificities and culture of each client company. The largest floor (850 sqm) has already found its future occupant. The other two (250 and 300 sqm) can already be booked for a move in the second quarter of 2020.

The lease was signed through CBRE with an institutional client that has already entrusted Deskeo with several office spaces, notably in the 2nd and 17th arrondissements.
