Deskeo leases new spaces in Paris CBD

Deskeo, a major player in flexible office space in France, continues to expand in the Paris CBD with the opening of two new spaces on rue de Rivoli (Paris 1) and rue de Cambacérès (Paris 8) for a total surface area of 3,500 sqm.

Already well established in the centre of the capital, Deskeo is continuing its expansion with two new addresses. A subsidiary of the Knotel group, the world leader in flexible offices, Deskeo has signed four independent premises for a total of 1,600 sqm at 24 rue Cambacérès, in the heart of the 8th arrondissement (between Miromesnil and Saint-Augustin), the most sought-after sector for Parisian companies. The lease was signed through JLL.

Deskeo has also added to its portfolio 1,900 sqm spread over two floors at 122 rue de Rivoli (1st arrondissement) in an emblematic building located at the foot of the Châtelet metro station. The transaction was carried out with Redevco, the owner of the property, with the assistance of CBRE.

The hyper-centrality of these two buildings offers privileged access to all forms of transport as well as numerous neighbourhood activities (shops, sports, restaurants, etc.).

In total, these six new spaces will be able to accommodate companies with between 40 and 150 jobs, which will benefit from all the services of Deskeo's flexible, turnkey formula (fitting out, general services, Internet, maintenance, etc.). They are already available for reservation for an opening planned for early September, as soon as the fitting out and decoration work managed by Deskeo is completed.

These two new locations bring to 30 the number of Deskeo addresses available in Paris and the inner suburbs.
