Deskeo continues its growth in Paris 8th

Deskeo, a major player in flexible office space in France, has taken on two new leases on boulevard Haussmann and rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré. Located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, these two additions represent a total surface area of 1,500 sqm.

A subsidiary of the Knotel group, the world leader in flexible offices, Deskeo already has a number of addresses in the centre of the capital to its credit. The company continues its expansion with two new spaces.

Deskeo has signed an entire building for a total of approximately 1000 sqm at 93, boulevard Haussmann, a stone's throw from the Place Saint-Augustin and the Saint-Lazare train station. This Haussmann building, with its independent floors and ideal location, is a privileged offer for companies.

Deskeo has also added to its portfolio a 500 sqm. office space located at 89 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in an emblematic building located in the immediate vicinity of the Champs-Elysées, between Franklin Roosevelt (L1, L9) and Saint-Philippe du Roule (L9) stations. 

Located in the heart of the central business district of Paris, these two new addresses offer companies all the privileges of a central location: transport, shops, catering facilities, etc. These spaces can accommodate companies with 20 to 100 jobs. Currently undergoing work in order to offer an optimal layout and decoration, these spaces can be booked as of now in a flexible and turnkey formula. They will be delivered, freshly renovated, in October 2019.
