Deskeo leases 3,000 sqm of office space at 36 rue Lafayette (Paris IXe)
Deskeo continues to expand in the centre of Paris with the addition of more than 3,000 square meters of space in a completely restructured building in 2020.
Deskeo is moving into the Liberty building, a 10,000 square meters building undergoing restructuring and located a stone's throw from the Saint-Lazare station. Deskeo will offer two floors of approximately 1,500 square meters each located on the 4th and 5th floors respectively. The building has been completely redesigned by Bouchaud Architects to offer a unique experience to its visitors. The triple-height reception hall will be bathed in light thanks to a large central glass roof and bay windows overlooking Rue Lafayette and Rue Provence. The building will also have numerous lounges, meeting rooms and an auditorium, as well as ERP access. In addition, the building will benefit from the Breeam Excellent, Well Gold (a benchmark for employee well-being), and WiredScore Silver (which evaluates the digital comfort of users) labels. The district, located between Opéra, Bourse and Poissonnière, is very popular with companies. Each floor will be fitted out and personalised for its future occupant, who will benefit from Deskeo's turnkey offer. These areas are already available for reservation for installation in early 2022.
