Deskeo signs a space in the heart of the new emblematic site La Félicité Paris Sully-Morland

Deskeo is continuing its expansion in central Paris with the addition to its portfolio of a 976 sq.m. private office space at La Félicité Paris Sully-Morland. Located on the second floor of the former administrative site of the Paris prefecture, this new hybrid space is part of the "Morland Mixité Capitale" rehabilitation project led by Emerige as part of Réinventer Paris.

The cloister-like building has been extensively restructured to provide living spaces open to all. It now combines 11 uses, including offices, housing, shops, a 5-star hotel, restaurants, an art gallery, a youth hostel, a fitness centre, etc., as well as an incredible 360° terrace offering a panoramic view of all of Paris.

The floor signed in August 2022 is already 100% full. This space will be occupied by a company in FT120 that is already a client of Deskeo, to whom it has entrusted the management of its real estate strategy for the past 3 years.

La Félicité, combining landscape, biodiversity and urban agriculture, is a perfect fit.
