Deskeo leases 3,000 sqm in the heart of the Marais

Deskeo, a major player in flexible office space in France, continues to grow with the addition of the Hotel Beaubrun, a 17th century building

A private mansion dating from the 17th century, the Beaubrun Hotel consists of three separate buildings overlooking an enclosed garden that houses works of art. The object of a large-scale renovation carried out by the developer Emerige in 2013 via a faithful rendering of the facades and the interior elements, the building combines the contemporary with the historical architecture of the place.

With this new location, Deskeo opens its 26th address in the heart of the dynamic Marais district. Fully equipped spaces for teams of 10 to 100 people are already available for booking in this emblematic building in the 3rd arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Pompidou Centre.
