Boulogne-Billancourt, the new Eldorado for companies?

Given the difficulty that Parisian companies have in finding office space in the centre of the capital, more and more tenants are turning away from the main boulevards to find larger and cheaper premises in the suburbs. Just a stone's throw from the Marcel Sembat metro station, the innovation subsidiary of a French public body has taken up residence in the second flexible office building in Boulogne proposed by Deskeo. Around one hundred employees now work on these two floors with a total surface area of 1,000 sqm.

These two internationally renowned groups have also made a 6-year commitment, proof of the confidence that the Deskeo solution has inspired in them.
