A new approach to flexible offices by Deskeo and Gecina

For over two years, Deskeo and Gecina have been combining their expertise to reinvent office real estate through hybrid concepts, combining the flexibility of an operated service with the stability of a traditional lease.

Following the success of projects at 35 Opéra and 32 Haussmann, a new stage has now been reached with the development of a 1,800 m² office space for 200 employees in the Tour Horizons.

A flexible, turnkey offer

At a time when companies' expectations are changing rapidly, this project is part of a drive to offer real estate solutions tailored to a variety of needs. Through its YouFirst brand, Gecina is offering an alternative to the 3/6/9 lease. The challenge is to create a “plug & play” real estate product by developing a furnished, ready-to-use lease that can be adapted to the future lessee's requirements.

The aim? To give companies access to immediately functional space, without the constraints of time-consuming and costly fitting-out. Thanks to this approach, tenants benefit from an optimized, operational working environment as soon as they move in.
