Deskeo transforms 122 Réaumur for a new work experience

In the heart of Paris, Deskeo has given 122 rue Réaumur a new lease of life. Originally partitioned and uninviting, the space has been warmed up, brightened up and made more user-friendly.

Gécina, owner of the premises, wanted to create a unique and flexible workspace, adapted to the needs of different companies. Their challenge was an ambitious one: to create a strong identity while allowing any client to easily project themselves into the space. Our teams succeeded in just four months!

Spaces designed to feel good in the office

Our Design & Build team meticulously redesigned every nook and cranny of 122 Réaumur, located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. The result? 7 open spaces bathed in natural light to accommodate up to 80 employees, 5 perfectly soundproofed meeting rooms for confidential exchanges, and a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you want to move into your new office. An additional washroom and shower have also been added to meet current standards and the daily needs of users.

The Plaza: a new office living space

Our teams have specially designed the Plaza, a new space imagined as a welcoming winter garden, organized around an elegant bow window, and which naturally asserts itself as the lively heart of the plateau. It comfortably accommodates up to 18 people, enabling them to chat with colleagues, take a coffee break or simply relax.

Unique spaces to stimulate creativity

More than just a place to work, we've created a cozy library conducive to calm and concentration, a modular creative room ideal for team meetings, brainstorming sessions and team events, and a green balcony for rejuvenating breaks in the heart of the city.

Warm, refined materials

Soft carpets, elegant PVC imitation parquet flooring, panoramic wallpapers... Each material has been carefully selected to create a welcoming atmosphere. Made-to-measure furniture adds the finishing touch for a harmonious, pleasant ambience.

The library area stands out as the flagship feature of 122 Réaumur. Designed to offer a different setting from conventional spaces, it combines calm, comfort and elegance.
